A residence permit in Turkey can be issued on the basis of ownership and on the basis of a lease agreement for up to 2 years. Registration of a Residence Permit is included in the package of after-sales services of Yunik Invest. A residence permit is issued for 24 months and gives you the right to stay in Turkey for the entire period of the residence permit. Documents for obtaining a residence permit must be scanned and sent via the Internet to the electronic portal of the migration service. When transferring all the necessary documents, the electronic system of the migration service sets the date and time of a personal appointment (rendezvous) for those who wish to apply for a residence permit. At the rendezvous, you will be issued a document stating that you have applied for a residence permit and now have the right to stay in Turkey while waiting for a Residence Permit. Within three months, the residence permit card will be sent to your Turkish home address.

List of documents for obtaining a residence permit based on the purchase of real estate:
